Exchange & Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you are eligible to exchange or return your order within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.

Returned items should be in their original packaging and unused condition, with all tags attached.

The shipping fees are not refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount. If you are entitled for free shipping, the original shipping fees will be deducted from the total due amount to be refunded.

Return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer, We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us, and we don’t accept orders that is returned without a proper prior exchange or return request.
